Teaching & Learning
The Center for Academic Technologies (CAT) offers great opportunities for teaching at Concord University– whether on-campus or at a distance. Faculty may use the resources of the CAT to develop new methods of teaching and to bring new technologies to resolve difficult teaching strategies. Our goal is to provide improved access to education at Concord University by providing courses in various nontraditional ways to meet the needs of students who cannot attend regular day and evening classes and to enhance the course offerings to our traditional students.
The purpose of this site is to:
- provide an online resource for instructional strategies, productivity tools, and reference materials.
- help foster more effective teaching practices and create an effective learning experience.
- enhance the quality of teaching and learning in Concord University courses.
- support teaching and learning at all levels and in all contexts in which instruction occurs in the university.
